These very cool shell beads are made of hematite stone that has been plated with a shiny gold finish. While a bit heavy because they are hematite, the small 9mm size lends itself well for earring projects. They are perfect for ocean-inspired designs!Each bead varies in size, shape and color no two beads are exactly alike.
Because these are natural stone beads, each one has its own character including crackling, inclusions, chips, etc...
These beads are all center drilled, with the occasional bead having a slightly off center hole.These beads measure about 8mm tall by 9mm wide by 4mm thick. The holes measure about .9mm in diameter. The strand measures about 3" inches long and there are approximately 10 beads on a strand. These beads were made in East Asia.
