These tiny shabby birdcage charms are so cute! We've hand painted them in soft shabby creams, then added a vintage style sparkly bow and rhinestones. They're perfect in little earrings. This mixed media creation is just to cute! This listing is for 2 pairs, a rhinestone pair and a bow pair.
These charms have been painted by the Dry Gulch gals in our studio in the Ozarks area of Missouri. Adding life to handmade jewelry by painting plain metal components is one of our favorite things to do. Our hand painted pendants and components can take up to to 2 days to complete in our studio!
These charms are made of plated base metal alloy and have been hand painted with metal-specific paints and patinas. No two charms are ever exactly alike because of their hand painted nature. The back side has also been painted. These pendants have been gently distressed for an old world effect and then sealed with a clear glossy sealant. The sealant protects the color and imparts an enameled effect.
These shabby cage charms are a tiny size. They are approximately 19mm long by 15mm wide. The loop diameter is 1mm. The photos in this listing include a ruler so you can see how big the charms are. All photos have been taken outdoors in sunlight, but as always, computer and mobile screens display colors differently.
