Bail Ring
22ga Wire

Tools Needed:
• Chain Nose Pliers
• Round Nose Pliers
• Wire Cutters

This fabulous pendant features vintage-style seam binding ribbon and is perfect for any maker that needs a dash of shabby charm added to their project.  Add this pendant to rosary chain for an easy necklace, or add earwires to make fun boho earrings! (You may need smaller caps and less ribbon to keep the earring weight down.)  Our hand dyed ribbons come in 5 yard bundles, and one bundle is usually the perfect length to make one tassel pendant.

Step 1:
Remove the seam binding ribbon from its card and double it up so that it is about 8"-12" inches long.  Next, twist the center of the ribbon and wrap this twist with a 6" inch length of 22ga wire.  Fold the ribbon down.

Step 2:
Twist the wire together to secure and trim the shorter length with wire cutters.  On the longer length of wire, string on a tassel cap and accent beads.  Be sure to nestle the ribbon into the cap.

Step 3:
Create a wrapped loop with round nose pliers at the top of the accent beads.  Attach a bail ring or large jump ring to the loop, and trim the excess wire with wire cutters.  Use chain nose pliers to tuck in any wire tails.  Voilà!  Your finished Ribbon Tassel Pendant!
