We're excited to show y'all our newest spring painted charms! These tiny frog-on-a-lily pad charms have been hand painted in our studio and feature subtle shimmers. These adorable findings have been hand painted to look like enameled charms and would look lovely on a plain chain, but you can also bead around them for a truly one of a kind design. They're small and lightweight, perfect for earrings. This listing is for 4 charms.
These charms have been painted by the Dry Gulch gals in our studio in the Ozarks area of Missouri. Adding life to handmade jewelry by painting plain metal components is one of our favorite things to do. Our hand painted pendants and components can take up to to 2 days to complete in our studio!
These charms are made of an antique silver plated base metal alloy and have been hand painted with metal-specific paints and patinas. No two pieces are ever exactly alike because of their hand painted nature. The back side has not been painted, though there may be a little residue from the painting process. These charms have been distressed for an old world look and then sealed with glossy varnish. The varnish protects the color and imparts an enameled effect.
These charms are small in size, they are approximately 21mm long by 17mm wide. There is a 1mm loop on top for a jump ring. The photos in this listing include a ruler so you can see how big the charm is. All photos have been taken outdoors in sunlight, but as always, computer and mobile screens display colors differently.
