To qualify, you must have a wholesale license, and will be asked to submit a copy of your license via email before approval. Below is a list of our general guidelines for Wholesale Jewelry customers. All of our creations are handmade here in the USA. Each pack contains 3 similar-but-different items. Each pack is limited quantity, usually numbering between 8-12 packs. Once these packs are gone, they're gone for good! Everything is created right here in our studio in our warehouse, so slight differences among packs is to be expected.
Wholesale Tax Exempt License
- We require a copy of your State Wholesale Tax Exempt License that you can send us via email for our records. This is not to be confused with a Federal EIN# (Employee Identification Number).
Minimums:
- Our minimum is 1 pack, which usually includes 1 piece.
Shipping:
- We use USPS for shipping.
- 1 pack ships using First Class Mail for $5. First Class generally takes 3-7 business days to arrive. (Priority USPS shipping upgrade is available if requested.)
- 2 or more packs ship using Priority Mail for $10. Priority generally takes 2-4 business days to arrive.
Payments:
- We accept PayPal and major Credit Cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard & American Express) payments through our website's secure Checkout.
Ordering:
- Login to our website using the email username provided in your Wholesale Application Approval email (you can set your password at your first login).
- All items on our Wholesale page will then show Wholesale prices.
- Add the items you want to your Cart, and then proceed to the secure Checkout.
Availability:
- Ready-to-ship items will go out next business day.
- Made-to-order items will go out in 5-7 business days. If you need made-to-order items faster, please Contact Us and we will work with you to get your order out ASAP.
Using Our Photos:
- Dry Gulch has many rights-protected products and as you can see in the Legaleze at the bottom of this page, we are protected by substantive law from Intellectual Property Theft; just as you would want your business and your created items protected from Intellectual Property Theft.
- With all of our Legaleze protections (bottom of page), Dry Gulch enforces ONE rule, and that rule concerns our photos of our products.
- You may use our Dry Gulch photos to sell our products in any General Rated venue (Internet, Social Media, Facebook, etc). However, if you do use any Dry Gulch photo to sell our products, then you must retain our photo “as is” and not change it in any way. That means not cropping them, not altering the size of them, and also means not removing the Dry Gulch brand from any of our photos.
- If you decide to use our photos, only you or the business you represent may use them for the express purpose of selling the Dry Gulch items that you purchased. You are not allowed to transfer our photos to a third party.
- The breaking of this rule will result in the suspension of your Dry Gulch Wholesale account.
- If you take your own dis-similar (not similar) photos of our products for display purposes after you purchase them, then the above rule does not apply.
- (The photo permission above is for General Rated Venues and can be changed by Dry Gulch without notice.)

- We provide zipcode-protection for our brick-and-mortar boutique customers.
- Returns are NOT accepted for Wholesale orders, but contact us immediately if you have any issues with your order.
