This shape is a pressed Elm Leaf shape - the are Czech glass beads that were manufactured in the Czech Republic. This listing is for 1 strand of 20 beads.
These beads are approximately 12mm long by 18mm wide by 4mm thick, however, as is the nature of Czech beads, some may be a little bigger or a little smaller. These beads have a .8mm center-drilled hole, but again some holes are a little smaller or a little bigger.
