We've hand painted these whimsical pendants in patinas and added Christmas glitter. These pendants have been painted by the Dry Gulch gals in our studio in the Ozarks area of Missouri. Adding life to handmade jewelry by painting plain metal components is one of our favorite things to do. Our hand painted pendants and components can take up to to 2 days to complete in our studio!
These pendants are made of an antique silver plated zinc metal alloy and have been hand painted with metal-specific paints and patinas. No two pendants are ever exactly alike because of their hand painted nature. The back side has not been painted. These pendants have been gently distressed for a vintage look and then sealed with glossy resin. The resin protects the color and imparts an enameled effect.
These pendants are medium-to-large in size, they are approximately 64x48mm. There is a 4mm loop for a jump ring, and 2mm loops on the bottom. The photos in this listing include a ruler so you can see how big the pendant is. All photos have been taken outdoors in sunlight, but as always, computer and mobile screens display colors differently.
