This pendant has been painted by the Dry Gulch gals in our studio in the Ozarks area of Missouri. Adding life to handmade jewelry by painting plain metal components is one of our favorite things to do. Our hand painted pendants and components can take up to to 2 days to complete in our studio!
This pendant is made of an antique silver plated base metal alloy and has been hand painted with metal-specific paints and patinas. It is lead and cadmium free. No two pendants are ever exactly alike because of their hand painted nature. The back side has not been painted. These pendants have been distressed for an old world chipped look and then sealed with glossy resin. The resin protects the color and imparts an enameled effect.
This painted pendant is medium sized, it is approximately 2-1/2" inches tall by 1-1/4" inches across. The inside diameter of the loop is 4mm. The photos in this listing include a ruler so you can see how big the pendant is. This pendant comes mounted on a paper card and includes one small jump ring.
