These components have been painted by the Dry Gulch gals in our studio in the Ozarks area of Missouri. Adding life to handmade jewelry by painting plain metal components is one of our favorite things to do. Our hand painted findings can take up to to 2 days to complete in our studio!
These components are made of an antique silver plated base metal alloy and have been hand painted with metal-specific paints and patinas. No two charms are ever exactly alike because of their hand painted nature. The back side has not been painted though there may be a little residue from the painting process. These findings have been distressed for a vintage paint-chipped look then sealed with a clear glossy resin. The sealer protects the color and imparts an enameled effect.
These pendants are standard size. They are approximately 58mm wide by 55mm tall. The top loop is 4mm. The photos in this listing include a ruler so you can see how small the charm is. All photos have been taken outdoors using sunlight, but as always, computer and mobile monitors display colors differently.
