We're excited to show y'all our newest Autumn painted pendants! These medium maple leaf filigree pendants have been hand painted in our studio and feature sparkling glitters. These autumn oak leaves have been hand painted with greens and purples and would look lovely on a plain chain, but you can also bead around them for a truly one of a kind design. These pendants have been painted by the Dry Gulch gals in our studio in the Ozarks area of Missouri. Adding life to handmade jewelry by painting plain metal components is one of our favorite things to do. Our hand painted pendants and components can take up to to 2 days to complete in our studio!
These pendants are made of an antique brass plated iron metal alloy and have been hand painted with metal-specific paints and patinas. No two pendants are ever exactly alike because of their hand painted nature. The back side has not been painted. These pendants have been distressed for an old world look and then sealed with glossy varnish. The varnish protects the color and imparts an enameled effect.
These pendants are medium in size, they are approximately 65mm long by 50mm wide. There is a 1mm hole on top for a jump ring. The photos in this listing include a ruler so you can see how big the pendant is. All photos have been taken outdoors in sunlight, but as always, computer and mobile screens display colors differently.
