Information
Minimum Order - We do not have a minimum order.
We understand if you need only one bead.
Quantity Discounts - For all orders, you will receive a 10% discount on any purchase of $100.00 to $199.99.
You will receive a 20% discount on any purchase of $200.00 to $299.99.
Orders $300.00 and up receive a 25% discount.
Discounts do not apply to shipping and handling or sales tax. Quantity
discounts are NOT reflected in the shopping cart. If you choose to pay
with PayPal and you receive a discount, we will send a refund as soon as your
order is processed. If you pay with a credit card, only the discounted
total will be charged.
Service Policy - We ship packages every day we are
open.
Keep in mind, we are closed on Monday so weekend orders will ship on Tuesday. We strive to ship every order complete. In the event
of an out of stock item, we contact you immediately and ship your backorder as
soon as it comes in. If we do not expect to have a particular item again, we let
you know. We send personalized communication to let you know when
your order shipped. We appreciate your business!
Shipping Policy - We ship via USPS mail.
You may choose from First Class or Priority mail. In the US, First Class
rates start at $ 3.50 and orders for $50.00 and up ship 1st class for
FREE! Priority rates start at $6.00.
Please see the shopping cart for fees. We do ship every package with delivery confirmation. We do not ship COD.
Please e-mail for shipping rates for international orders which must be paid via
PayPal. They are always
higher than the domestic rates shown in the shopping cart.
Payment Methods - We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and
American Express and we do not bill your credit card until just prior to
shipping. We also accept PayPal payments. Please note that if you
choose to pay with a PayPal e-check, your order will ship when your check
clears, usually 3 to 4 days. PayPal account or credit card payment orders
will ship right away. International orders MUST be paid via PayPal.
Please check on shipping rates before paying.
Sales Tax - If your shipping address is in Missouri, we will charge
7.825% in sales tax.
Returns - We DO NOT accept returns. If there is a
problem with your order, you MUST call or e-mail customer service.
Wholesale Inquiries - If you have a storefront and are interested in
carrying our finished jewelry, please contact us at (417) 626-7626 or custserv@drygulch.com.
Please include your resale tax number when making the request. We
will provide you with our wholesale policy. We do provide volume discounts
for bead and finding purchases as well. See above for quantity discount
schedule.
Foreign Shipments - If you live outside of the
United States, please e-mail for international shipping rates. We use
Priority Mail flat rate envelopes whenever possible. For shipments
up to 4 pounds, shipping is usually $13.00. We accept PayPal only for international shipments. You must have a verified shipping
address with PayPal as well.
Beads and findings used in our jewelry are often handmade. Please allow for
variations from the making process as well as availability.
